Support for Cancer Patients and Caregivers
Are you overwhelmed by all the information you have received since being diagnosed with cancer, and all the various doctors appointments you need to make? Rose has nurse navigators who can assist with your care plan and help guide you through your course of treatment. To reach our navigators, please call our cancer care line at 303-584-CARE (2273).
In addition, Rose also has a Patient Navigator from the American Cancer Society (ACS) who can help make this difficult time a little easier. The ACS Patent Navigator will listen to your needs and help create an action plan that meets them. You are not alone and we are here to help! To reach the ACS Patient Navigator at Rose, please call 303-320-7145.
