Rose Medical Center Names Ryan Tobin as New Chief Operating Officer
DENVER – March 17, 2014 – Rose Medical Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Tobin as Chief Operating Officer (COO) today at Rose Medical Center. Tobin will be part of the Rose Executive Team and will have operational responsibility over key departments at Rose, a 275 staffed-bed hospital that has served the healthcare needs of the Denver community for 65 years.
Tobin has held several positions in healthcare prior to coming to Rose, including serving as COO at North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colo. He also worked in hospital operations at St. Anthony Hospital in Denver and at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston, Texas.
“Ryan has shown that he is an impactful leader who effectively led many departments and initiatives at our sister hospital, North Suburban Medical Center,” said Ken Feiler, President and Chief Executive Office at Rose Medical Center. “We look forward to tapping his expertise in business development, hospital operations and employee and physician engagement, to help us provide insanely great care for our patients.”
Tobin earned his Masters of Science in Health Care Administration at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Tobin and his wife have two children and have lived in Denver for the past six years.
