Ryan Tobin – President & Chief Executive Officer

Ryan has experience in healthcare operations and management at numerous facilities in Colorado, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rose's sister hospital, North Suburban Medical Center.

Linda Gray – Chief Nursing Officer

Linda joined Roseo in 2019 after multiple leadership roles within the HealthONE system. Most recently, Linda has been Assistant CNO at HealthONE sister hospital Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s, where she worked alongside staff and leaders to elevate patient experiences. Prior to RMHC, she was the program director at AIRLIFE, HealthONE’s ground and air medical transport system operating across Colorado and one site in Wyoming.

Deborah Hart – Chief Financial Officer

Deborah is a seasoned financial executive who has served as CFO at Rose's sister facility, North Suburban Medical Center, and as the controller at sister hospital Swedish Medical Center. During her time at Swedish, she also had oversight of financial operations for multiple other HealthONE entities.

Hollie Seeley, Chief Operating Officer

Hollie comes to Rose from HealthONE sister hospital Swedish Medical Center, where she served as vice president of operations since 2016. Prior to that, Hollie was vice president of AirLife & Emergency Services for HealthONE. She has extensive experience with quality, patient satisfaction, staffing, physician engagement and operations.

Andrew Weinfeld, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Weinfeld came to Rose from HCA Healthcare's Ogden Regional Medical Center in Ogden, Utah, where he has served as Chief Medical Officer since 2017. A native of Colorado, Dr. Weinfeld completed his undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He earned his medical degree at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, and completed his general surgery residency in 2005 at The Ohio State University. He joined Colorado Permanente Medical Group where he practiced general surgery and served as a physician leader and member of the Board of Directors. In July of 2016, he completed an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver. After almost 12 years of clinical practice, he accepted the role of Chief Medical Officer at Ogden Regional Medical Center.
